We see patients with ptosis after Botox fairly frequently in our office from outside injectors. And the main issue here is that outside injectors are often placing Botox in the wrong areas and it can migrate to the muscles that can cause the eye to droop. It’s really important to distinguish eye ptosis from brow ptosis.

Treating Ptosis On YouTube

In this example, we’re showing a patient who came in with a preexisting ptosis. Dr. Anil Shah is going to fix this ptosis by evening out the brows and working with the patient’s anatomy as you can see in this video. It is very difficult to correct ptosis. You are better off going to one of our injectors whom have been trained personally by Dr. Anil Shah and Dr. Sameea Chughtai. You’ll much more likely get an amazing and consistent experience with your neurotoxins, be it with Botox or Dysport.
