What’s up guys? It’s Alan from Shah Aesthetics, and I’m really excited to announce that we have a new machine in our office called ImPulsa. What we’re going to be using this machine for is for patients that are suffering from erectile dysfunction, and we’re also going to be using the in conjunction, uh, with CoolSculpting treatment. What this machine does is that it essentially sends acoustic waves, um, to the cells that we want to target and cause cavitations or essentially openings of air, uh, within the cells, which either causes microtrauma, which would be really good in patients for erectile dysfunction, just because once again, the whole importance in erectile dysfunction is to get patients to get more blood flow to the area in order to enhance their performance and to allow them to maintain a longer, stronger erection. Uh, another reason why we use this for CoolSculpting is, like I said, because it does create those capitations or pushes those cells, the fat cells specifically overboard so it can actually kill more of those fat cells with this and get a better result with cool sculpting. The way that this device works is, I just want to demonstrate to you guys, it does sound a little bit scary, um, but it is very pain free. Uh, once again, if I would be to be performing this treatment on anyone, you don’t need any anesthesia or topical anesthetic, uh, for this treatment. So let me show you a little bit here.
