Dr. Shah:

What’s better, A chin filler or an implant, and we’ll just talk about this in general with facial implants.

What’s better filler implants? Let’s start with the chin.

If you wanted a lot of projection to want a massive change to your chin. I actually think an implant is the best way to go.

An implant can be basically a permanent change to this area and such. It’s solid. You can create a shape that you like.

With filler, I think it’s better for some women who want a V shape because some of the implants don’t really crank that and minor changes. But again, it has to be repeated every six months to a year.

For cheekbones, I actually think filler does better. Filler tends to last longer here it’s natural and it gives a much more natural look and can actually, you can balance it. You start trees in the face for cheek implants, those have kind of fallen out of favor because filler is such a powerful impact here.

So depending where you’re putting an implant, if you really want a large amount of change in your chin, go for an implant. If you want a larger ton of change in your cheeks, actually go fill it.
