Okay. So this is different than a muscle massage gun, and this is acoustic energy. And the idea is if you’re having any sort of issues and energy problems and muscle problems, you’re going to try to increase the blood flow through that area. Christa, your first personal trainer. Yes.
Where do you see most injuries for people? I would say that the legs definitely for sure. In the back, is there an area in the legs? Is it quad or hamstrings you say? I see both. For me, it’s hamstrings. I’ve always had tight hamstrings, and so for me it’s trying to get that muscle again, getting that blood flow through there. I have a bruise on my leg right now because I did dry needling and then I’m also trying to stretch it out. But again, just tight hamstrings, you get a little bit taller. A lot of taller guys get difficulties with your hands. Tight, tight in that area. So typically you’re going to want to do this treatment once every, you could do this once a month, but I think once a week is better. And again, we’re trying to get blood flow to that area. It’s going to help you recover and usually it feels better right away.
Much better. How does it feel? Zero pain. So a massage gun actually kind of hurts a little bit. It can be painful because you’re trying to break up the muscle and this is really super fast pulses. It’s so fast. What’s the megahertz on this right now? 22 and 25. Oh shots. So it’s 22 megahertz. This thing is vibrating so fast, so it’s creating acoustic energy and it doesn’t really hurt your muscle actually feels really good. And so the idea with this is you’re again, restoring blood flow. My left leg feels amazing. And so that’s the idea with this. Again, repairing your tissue, destroying blood flow from the injuries you get from working out, from standing up from operating, all that wear and tear. So awesome. Yeah, that is,
Oh my God, that feels amazing. Seriously, that’s the best. My ankle has felt in a long time. I don’t have pain, I just have tightness, but just, I don’t know what it does, but I know what it does, but it just really brings in that blood flow. I mean, that’s like an instant repair. So sweet.
